Basic Care: Finch mix, fruits and vegetables, *Feast egg food, *Daily Essentials vitamins, *Calciboost. Sexing: Males grow up to 12" long narrow tail for breeding season.
Breeding: Can breed in cages or colonies. Parasitic bird uses nest of Melba finch or St. Helena's waxbill to lay eggs.
Lifespan: 5-7 years
Compatibility: Aggressive, best kept in M/F pair.
Hardiness: Hardy.
